Payment Data: We do not store your full credit card or UPI details. All payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment gateway, RazorPay, who operates under their own robust security and privacy standards.

1.2 User Content & Usage Data:

User Content: The legal documents, text, and queries you upload to LIA for summarization, drafting, or research.

Usage Data: Information on how you access and use LIA, such as features used, time spent on the app, search terms, and interaction with AI outputs.

2. How We Use Your Information

Service Delivery: To provide, operate, and maintain the LIA service (e.g., generating summaries from your uploaded documents).

AI Model Improvement: We do NOT train our proprietary AI models on your private User Content. We may use anonymized and aggregated Usage Data (e.g., general query patterns, success/failure rates) to improve the performance, accuracy, and efficiency of the Service.

Subscription Management: To process your recurring payments, send renewal notices, and manage your subscription status.

Communication: To send essential service updates, security alerts, and promotional communications (you can opt-out of marketing emails).

3. Data Storage and Security

Data Location: All User Content and PII are stored on secure servers within India, adhering to relevant data localization requirements for sensitive legal data where applicable.

Security Measures: We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular vulnerability assessments.

Retention: We retain User Content for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you with the Service. You can delete your User Content at any time.

We will not share, sell, rent, or trade your PII or User Content with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:
